Rafer is an investigator of “CIK，” a drug squad in America. She belongs to Mexico branch and uses Seiryu-Ken， fighting technique by hands. Her teacher was Samuel Wo from bottom of the pyramid in Augus. He was a master of Seiryu-Ken. After she grown up， she has studied in America under the guardianship of Brandon Lee， a staff member of CIK and one of Wo’s friend. Now she becomes a member of drug squad. One day， Rafer solely sneaks into the hideout of Kokuryu-Kai， a crime party dominating underworld of Augus. She fights and captures Kokuryu， the boss of Kokuryu-Kai. Kokuryu used to a fellow pupil but was expelled. However， Kokuryu was released due to lack of evidence. She visits her teacher Wo during her suspension but Kokuryu reaches there. Kokuryu captures people form slum through human trade and use them for human experiment. They tried to develop the strongest doping drug， G virus. Rafer decides to fight and defeat Kokuryu to save poor people…
