The secret organization JUDGEMENT punishes evils which can’t be judged by the law. Guilty Striker/Hikaru， a battle expert of JUDGEMENT， is ordered to live as an ordinary female high school student by her boss because she was watched her mission by a girl. Hikaru goes to the high school as a transfer student and meet Akane， the girl who were saved by Hikaru， again. Hikaru hides her real profession and creates friendship with Akane. However， Akane is stalked by Sumida， a student of entertainment division. Besides， masked men attack Hikaru and Akane. Hikaru can’t show her fighting ability before Akane. Akane is kidnapped by the men. Hikaru disobeys the order from the organization and fights with opponents as the strongest Guilty Striker!
